As part of the ongoing preparations for the event, Muscat Municipality held a competition to design a logo for Muscat Night, the winner of which was announced on Wednesday.
In a statement, Muscat Municipality said: “We announce Ali al Waeli the winner of the Muscat Night logo competition. There are 34 entries.
The winner will receive a cash prize of RO500.
The conditions of the design competition include originality, innovation, two words of Muscat Nights in Arabic and English, simplicity, a clear vision of everything in different colors and will receive the elements and colors from and identity of Muscat Municipality. First held in 1998, the last edition of the Muscat Festival took place in 2019 and was later canceled due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 disease.
